SPLF Host Hotel – Your Home Under One Roof

When we say welcome home to South Plains, we literally mean welcome home to the space we create by buying out an entire hotel for our community. When you stay at the SPLF Host Hotel, you’re not just booking a room, you’re stepping inside our own private bubble. Our Host Hotel is a beautiful, modern property and the entire space, every inch, every floor is ours.

  • Rooms are just $124/night, 3 night minimum (Thurs, Fri, Sat)
  • Registration is first and with your confirmation we’ll send you the hotel link.

Yes, the link says waitlist. Don’t fret. Just send us your requirements, offer us a little patience, and we’ll get you in. Every single year, rooms open up later and we get everyone into our home.

When you make your hotel reservation, you will be immediately charged a one-night deposit. This deposit is fully refundable until February 1st, which is the same cut-off date for registration refunds. After February 1, your one-night hotel charge and your event ticket charges are nonrefundable.

South Plains Leatherfest – Hotel Admission Policy

South Plains Leatherfest is excited to confirm that this year, we have once again secured the entire hotel as private event space for our attendees. SPLF creates this dedicated private space with our community’s comfort, security, and camaraderie in mind, ensuring that our hotel is privately dedicated to our SPLF experience.

As a result, access to the hotel is limited exclusively to registered attendees. There are no public spaces open to non attendees outside of hotel staff. Every part of the hotel is considered “attendee only" space. Only registered attendees with an event badge may be on the premises, including in individual guest rooms.

What this means:

  • The entire hotel is "Event Space" - there is no behind the curtain or public space.
  • If you are not a registered attendee, you will not be permitted in the hotel at any time during the event.
  • There will be no public access to the lobby, bar, or any other hotel areas.
  • Badge checks will be in place at all entrances 24 hours a day throughout the weekend to enforce this policy.

On Wednesday evening, we host a SPLF Welcome Party at the Hotel Bar that is open to our entire community. You do not need a ticket to attend, so if you missed our purchasing a ticket, please join us Wednesday evening!
