South Plains Leatherfest – Hotel Admission Policy

South Plains Leatherfest is excited to confirm that this year, we have once again secured the entire hotel as private event space for our attendees. SPLF creates this dedicated private space with our community’s comfort, security, and camaraderie in mind, ensuring that our hotel is privately dedicated to our SPLF experience.

As a result, access to the hotel is limited exclusively to registered attendees. There are no public spaces open to non attendees outside of hotel staff. Every part of the hotel is considered “attendee only" space. Only registered attendees with an event badge may be on the premises, including in individual guest rooms.

What this means:

• The entire hotel is "Event Space" - there is no behind the curtain or public space.
• If you are not a registered attendee, you will not be permitted in the hotel at any time during the event.
• There will be no public access to the lobby, bar, or any other hotel areas.
• Badge checks will be in place at all entrances 24 hours a day throughout the weekend to enforce this policy.

The event space includes the hotel lobby, hotel bar, the South Plains Living Room, Hospitality Parties, Cruises, Vending, Bootblacking, etc. If you are not registered for SPLF, please do not attempt to come to the event and socialize in any of the event spaces. We will have badge checkers throughout the weekend to enforce this policy.

On Wednesday evening, we host a SPLF Welcome Party at the Hotel Bar that is open to our entire community. You do not need a ticket to attend, so if you miss out purchasing a ticket, please join us Wednesday evening!
