South Plains Leatherfest – Hotel Admission Policy

SPLF 2023 is so excited that we purchased the entire hotel space for the event. We were thrilled to see and feel the excitement and support from our community in this decision. We hope this provides registered attendees with an increased sense of comfort and camaraderie as we come together in community to celebrate at SPLF 2023.

We are used to going to events that have a “behind the curtain” area, partitioned off from the public hotel space that we share with guests not registered for the event. This year SPLF purchased the entire hotel, removing the public spaces. This means there will be no curtains! Every inch of the hotel outside of private hotel rooms is SPLF event space. To be in event space, you must be a registered event attendee.

What does this mean if you are a community member who is a guest at the hotel and not registered for the event? If you are a hotel guest and not registered for SPLF, you are welcome to travel through the lobby to get directly to and from your room. However, all areas of the hotel are reserved for SPLF 2023 attendees. Additionally, SPLF 2023 is sold out and the event is at capacity. We are not able to accommodate any people who are not registered in the space due to capacity, safety, consent and accessibility.

The event space includes the hotel lobby, hotel bar, the South Plains Living Room, Hospitality Parties, Cruises, Vending, Bootblacking, etc. If you are not registered for SPLF 2023, please do not attempt to come to the event and socialize in any of the event spaces. We will have badge checkers throughout the weekend to enforce this policy.

South Plains Leatherfest is completely sold out. There will be no tickets or vendor passes available onsite.

Refund Policy:

  • Registrations are non-transferrable.
  • Full refund less 15% processing fee available prior to 2/1/2023.
  • From 2/2/2023 through the event, cancellations will be given a certificate for a Weekend Event Package which may be used for the following year.
  • Meals, merchandise and Play Parties are not refundable after 2/1.
  • Full refund less 15% processing fee between 2/1/2023 and 3/26/2023 with proof of positive Covid-19 PCR test results.
