We're delighted to let our South Plains family know that over the course of 2011, our host hotel has been renovating many of the guest rooms, the meeting rooms and the restaurant. To mark these changes the hotel will no longer be a Radisson, but is now known as a Park Inn. If you stayed at the host hotel last year, you know how convenient it is to have your whole weekend of fun and education right at your fingertips– and if you didn’t -- you should this year! The Park Inn offers a limited number of 1 bedroom suites complete with a kitchen (including microwave and a full size refrigerator), dining table and two chairs, and separate sleeping and living areas. Complimentary high speed Internet access is available throughout the hotel and there’s plenty of free parking. The hotel is located 2 miles from Love Field and just over 14 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

The Park Inn is delighted to welcome South Plains attendees with a special rate of $105.00 per night, plus tax for a standard double/double room sleeping up to 4 people. A limited number of junior suites are available for only $135.00 per night, plus tax. This special rate is subject to availability and you must make your reservations online before February 29, 2012 in order to receive this rate.
